The Weekly Workout Routine:​
1.
10 minutes of Juggling
2.Two-touch passes with a partner or wall. 30 passes with each foot
3.One touch passes, 30 passes with each foot
4. Sprint/jog 2 miles. 100 yd sprint then 100 yd jogging. Keep switching between sprinting and jogging until you reach 2 miles.
